Degrees and Certifications:

Mr. Bob Bloomer

I love teaching.  There is an incredible joy in seeing people learn something new.  Whether at school, coaching, or at church, I love to see people grow.  I have been a youth minister, youth sunday school teacher, littlle league basketball, baseball, and football coach in rec leagues, and high school volleyball and softball coach.  I love being a part of a strong team, and our staff here at Coppinville Junior High School is one of the strongest.  I am a 7th grade math teacher and honored to be a part of the math department.  I will do my best to be an informative leader for your child in math and life.

I attended the Baptist College of Florida from Jan 2003 to May 2008 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership degree.  Then, I attended Gulf Coast Community College from 2010 to 2011 to complete necessary courses in order to receive a teaching certificate in 2011.  I am from Florida, and teaching began at a private prison in Graceville, Florida.  I taught GED prep classes for three years and moved to a state prison in Appalachee, Florida.  I taught GED prep classes for two years in Appalachee until getting my first opportunity to teach my originally intended student level at Grand Ridge Middle School.  I was at Grand Ridge Middle School for one year until moving to our Coppinville Junior High School for the 2017-2018 school year.

I hope to be a part of Coppinville Junior High School for many years and will be honored to teach your children.
