Good day! I am originally from the Birmingham area where I graduated from Thompson High School in the city of Alabaster. However, my parents are from Dothan. I attended the University of Montevallo where I attained my B.A. in English and History with a minor in Creative Writing. Then I furthered my education at UM with my M.Ed. This is my first official year in teaching. I'm so excited! This year I will be teachning primarily English 9 with one English 11 class.
