Hi! My name is Amber Salmon. I am excited to be joining EHS/ECTC for the 2023-2024 school year! Over the last 15 years, I have worked as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, gaining experience in sports nutrition, corporate wellness, recipe development, diabetes education, long-term care and acute care medical nutrition therapy. I look forward to sharing my passion for nutrition with students at EHS. 

I grew up an "army brat" and graduated from Enterprise High School in 2004. My family moved back to Enterprise five years ago, and we love the community here. My husband and I have five kids - Eleanor, Henry, Elisabeth, Olivia and Anna. We enjoy traveling, game & movie nights and the beach. When I'm not working, drowning in laundry or chauffeuring kids around, I enjoy reading, cooking and cheering on my kids in all of their extra-curricular activities.
