Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Megan Barbaree
My name is Megan Barbaree, and I have the privilege of serving our school as one of the 9th Grade English-Language Arts teachers.
After graduating from Geneva County High School in 2010, I earned my Bachelors in English Language Arts Education from Troy University in 2014 and my Masters in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama in 2020. During my time as an educator, I have served as a middle and high school ELA teacher as well as a reading interventionist. While I have enjoyed each year of service, I am truly so very excited to be a part of the Enterprise family and am looking forward to serving our community.
My husband, Chris, and I are blessed to have a daughter, Brentlee. Slightly biased, but she's pretty great. During what little spare time we have, I enjoy spending time with my family and shelter pups, adventuring, Cricut-ing, photography, and cheering on the Wildcats/Tide/Trojans.
I look forward to working closely with my students and their families during the school year as we prepare each student for success in their future endeavors. With our top priority being the best interest of the students, I believe this will be an exciting year, and I look forward to being a part of it. Please feel free to contact me throughout the year with any questions or concerns.
