Please allow me to introduce some very important people in my life; my family. My husband, Rob, and I met while at Auburn University. We've been married since December 2002. He is a native of Enterprise and graduated from Enterprise High School in 1994. Rob is a Fisheries Biologist and works for the Alabama Department of Conservation & Natural Resources. We have 3 precious children: Graham, Avery & Ellie. Our 4-legged child, Sadie, is a sweet GoldenDoodle. We are active members of First Baptist Church Enterprise, where we teach Sunday school to middle and high school students. My family really enjoys spending time together! We are passionate about what our kids enjoy: tennis & dance. We also love RV camping, playing board games, dominoes with neighbors, boating, tubing & LAUGHING OUT LOUD whenever possible.

I grew up in Lilburn, GA (a suburb of Atlanta), the youngest of three girls. My dad, Clyde, worked with IBM for 42 years. He went to heaven in June 2021 with Parkinson's. My mom, Jane, taught high school home economics and had a successful home business. She went to heaven in June 2019 with Altzheimer's. My oldest sister, Katy, went to heaven in 2008 with cancer. She and her husband, Tim, have 2 daughters, my beautiful nieces, Ashley & Shannon, in North Carolina. My other sister, Jennifer, recently moved to Enterprise to be closer to us and we're thrilled! She's a licensed clinical therapist and works from home. Although I've endured a lot of loss in my life, I stand firm in my faith and I trust in God's promises that I will see my loved ones again.

I'm excited about teaching high school students! It's significant to me for many reasons: our son, Graham, will attend EHS this year, it's special to teach at my husband's alma mater, but the most significant reason is that my Mom taught Home Ec. She actually had John Schneider (Bo Duke from The Original Dukes of Hazzard) in her Home Ec class in Atlanta! She'd be tickled pink if she knew I was doing this! I'm honored to be a part of FACS and Career Tech Education at Enterprise High School! GOOOOO CATS!
