Hello everyone, my name is Mr. Ryan Butterworth.  I teach 8^th Grade World History here at Coppinville Junior High School. I am originally from Oxford, Alabama but I am now proud to call Enterprise home. I have an amazing family that includes: my wonderful wife Julie, oldest son Jackson, middle son Cade, and our baby girl Mary Ryan.   I graduated from Troy University where I majored in Criminal Justice and minored in Leadership.  This is my first-year teaching, as I have just made the transition from the field of Law Enforcement as well as my time in the Alabama National Guard. I proudly served the City of Enterprise for nearly 8 years as a patrolman and K9 Handler, when I felt the calling to take the life lessons that I’ve learned in the streets to the classroom.  It is truly an honor to be here at CJHS, and I can’t wait get to know each one you individually.  Go Eagles!
