My name is Debbie Hope. I am a native of Enterprise and a graduate of Enterprise High School. I attended Enterprise State Jr. College before attending Troy University where I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Collaboration (Special Education) and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration.
I taught at Enterprise High School for 12 years before going to the Geneva County School System where I served as a school administrator for 4 years before returning home to the Enterprise City School System in August 2013. I began this year as the Assistant Principal, but in January 2019 I became Principal of Coppinville Junior High School.
I am married to David Hope. We are the proud parents of a son, Justin, and a daughter-in-law, Amanda; both are graduates of Enterprise High School and Auburn University. In March 2019, we became the pround grandparents of our first grandson, John David.
When I am not working, I enjoy going to the gym, reading, and going to the beach.
