Welcome to Enterprise Career & Technology Center! I am so excited to be the principal at ECTC. I began my experience with Career and Technical Education in high school. I took business classes, joined FBLA, and finally worked as a cooperative education student during my senior year. Little did I know, but my future was being planned way back then. I continued on to college at Troy (then State) University where I majored in Business Education and began my first teaching job at Enterprise High School in August of 1997. I taught for a few years before finishing my master's degree and obtaining a position as a guidance counselor at Enterprise High School where I worked until being named the Principal of ECTC in the fall of 2020.
I absolutely love Enterprise, its students, and its teachers. The part that I loved the most about being a guidance counselor for many years was helping students plan their futures. For this reason, I am so incredibly excited to be the Principal of ECTC and lead the career and technology programs for Enterprise City Schools. I am committed to continuing to build programs in Enterprise that will equip our students to join the workforce or prepare them for further education. It has always been my goal to make every student and parent feel that I have been helpful to them throughout their high school career. This remains my focus as I lead the career and technical students and teachers at ECTC.
