I'm Joel Kirkland.  I have lived in many places in the south.  But, I graduated from Elba High School in 1992.  My family and I live near the Victoria Community.  I received my undergrad and masters dergress from Troy State (Not Troy).  It has been my pleasure to work in this system for the last 20 years.  I worked at the original CJHS for 10 years and EEEC for 10 years.  I've coached 3 different sports.  Enjoyed them all and met some great kids and awesome coaches.  I will be teaching Reading and Math 180 this year.

I have been married to my wife Chris for 19 years.  We have one son, Shaw 15, a Yorkie Sadie, Yorkie Mix Lewie and Cat Neko.  I enjoy exercising, looking for arrowheads and being with my family.
