It is the responsibility of the Enterprise City School System to develop and implement procedures that ensure all children within its jurisdiction, birth to twenty-one, regardless of the severity of their disability and who needs special education and related services are identified, located and evaluated.

The Enterprise City School System is in the process of identifying all persons with disabilities from birth through 21 years of age.
