I have lived in Enterprise since 1979 and am a graduate of Enterprise High School class of 1988. 

In 2002 I replaced Mrs. Linda Saliba, my mentor and inspiration to study the Spanish language. 

I have taught for 27 years in public schools and 8 years as an ACCESS instructor through the Troy State Distance Learning Center.

I am currently pursuing a PhD in Education through Auburn University.  

I am married to Francia Lorena (Alarcón) and have one son, Caden, who is in the 9th grade. 

We have seven dogs and a goldfish.

    La Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica is for high school students who have maintained an A average in Spanish I, II, and III while earning a cumulative GPA of 3.5


    This information can be found on your transcript and will be verified by guidance prior to acceptance into the SHH.


    If you are taking Spanish III this school year and meet the requirements mentioned above, you are eligible to join. 


    Please understand that you have to complete Spanish III with an A to maintain your membership should you decide to join while taking Spanish II this school year. 


    If you are graduating in 2020 and would like to purchase honor cords, you will need to do so the first week in March (2020) due to the strict timelines imposed by SHH National.
