The Human Resources department is committed to effectively managing resources through recruiting and retaining a high-quality workforce. This commitment extends the district vision and mission to develop principled students prepared for life after graduation.
The Human Resources staff strives to provide accurate, timely, and courteous service to all our past, present and prospective employees. The department assists in the process of meeting new hire requirements, certification, and answering benefit questions.

The Human Resources policies and procedures for the Enterprise City Board of Education are designed to meet the requirements of all state and federal regulations. Enterprise City Schools has partnered with Spur to manage our substitute services. Spur is a nationally recognized talent management company serving public school districts.
Spur will manage the recruitment, screening, onboarding, training, scheduling, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance for Enterprise City Schools' substitutes. If you are interested in substituting, please download the Spur app and complete the "Become a Worker" process. It should only take you 30-60 minutes. Substitutes must be on-boarded with Spur in order to continue working as a substitute in the Enterprise City Schools District.
